Route Intelligence
Avalanche: Avalanche supports an EVM-compatible environment alongside its broader network ecosystem.
Arbitrum: Arbitrum is an Ethereum Layer 2 environment with its own balances and application ecosystem.
On the source side, Verify the asset representation and contract on the selected Avalanche network. On the destination side, Confirm the Arbitrum token contract rather than assuming an identical ticker represents the same asset everywhere.
Compare Avalanche transaction costs with route and destination costs before consolidating small balances. On Arbitrum, Compare L2 transaction costs with any bridge or liquidity costs required to reach the destination.
Before You Bridge
- Source: confirm the asset is actually held on Avalanche.
- Destination: confirm the wallet and destination network.
- Token: verify the exact asset representation rather than relying on ticker or logo.
- Costs: compare gas, bridge fees, liquidity, price impact and the final received amount.
