CelestiaSei

Network-specific checks before a cross-chain transaction.

Celestia and Sei have separate network contexts. A cross-chain route must account for the source environment, destination environment and the mechanism used to transfer or represent the asset.

Route Intelligence

Source network

Celestia: Celestia uses a modular blockchain design, so asset and application context can differ from EVM networks.

Destination network

Sei: Sei has its own network environment and may expose different application and asset conventions depending on the wallet and ecosystem.

Asset considerations

On the source side, Verify the supported asset representation for the route you are using. On the destination side, Verify the network-specific asset representation.

Fee considerations

Check the exact network and route mechanics before estimating transfer costs. On Sei, Compare the complete network and route costs before moving small balances.

Before You Bridge

  • Source: confirm the asset is actually held on Celestia.
  • Destination: confirm the wallet and destination network.
  • Token: verify the exact asset representation rather than relying on ticker or logo.
  • Costs: compare gas, bridge fees, liquidity, price impact and the final received amount.
  • Security: Do not assume EVM wallet behavior or contract conventions apply directly. At the destination, Confirm network, destination and transaction details before signing.
Never use a seed phrase or private key to complete a bridge. A legitimate bridge flow should not require either.

Use the Live Bridge Tool

When a live route is available, open Dust Sweeper and review the current quote immediately before signing. Route availability, liquidity and network conditions can change.
