Fantom: Fantom provides an EVM-compatible environment with its own balances and token contracts.
On the source side, Verify the token contract and network-specific representation. On the destination side, Verify the token contract on the selected Fantom network.
Compare network gas with route and destination costs. On Fantom, Compare network costs with route and liquidity costs.
Before You Bridge
- Source: confirm the asset is actually held on Manta.
- Destination: confirm the wallet and destination network.
- Token: verify the exact asset representation rather than relying on ticker or logo.
- Costs: compare gas, bridge fees, liquidity, price impact and the final received amount.
- Security: Use trusted interfaces and verify the destination before signing. At the destination, Check the network and contract before interacting with unfamiliar assets.
