On the source side, Verify Starknet-specific asset and account details. On the destination side, Confirm the token representation on Mantle before interacting with it.
Check the current network cost and route mechanics before moving small balances. On Mantle, Compare the complete route cost rather than looking only at the bridge fee.
Before You Bridge
- Source: confirm the asset is actually held on Starknet.
- Destination: confirm the wallet and destination network.
- Token: verify the exact asset representation rather than relying on ticker or logo.
- Costs: compare gas, bridge fees, liquidity, price impact and the final received amount.
- Security: Do not assume EVM contract and wallet conventions apply directly. At the destination, Verify contracts, network and destination before signing.
