Stuck Crypto: Why a Small Balance May Not Move
Common reasons small crypto balances get stuck and what to check before trying another transaction.
Check Network, Liquidity and Fees
A balance can appear stuck because of network selection, insufficient native gas, token restrictions, low liquidity, or an uneconomical route. Diagnose the reason before signing another transaction.
What to Check
- Confirm the wallet address and network.
- Verify the exact token contract instead of relying on ticker or logo.
- Compare the balance with gas, swap, bridge and liquidity costs.
- Do not sign transactions you do not understand.
- Never share a seed phrase or private key with a scanner or cleanup tool.
