Avalanche → Blast
Network-specific checks before a cross-chain transaction.
Avalanche and Blast have separate network contexts. A cross-chain route must account for the source environment, destination environment and the mechanism used to transfer or represent the asset.
Route Intelligence
Avalanche: Avalanche supports an EVM-compatible environment alongside its broader network ecosystem.
Blast: Blast is an Ethereum scaling environment with its own balances and application ecosystem.
On the source side, Verify the asset representation and contract on the selected Avalanche network. On the destination side, Verify the token contract on Blast.
Compare Avalanche transaction costs with route and destination costs before consolidating small balances. On Blast, Compare network and route costs before moving low-value assets.
Before You Bridge
- Source: confirm the asset is actually held on Avalanche.
- Destination: confirm the wallet and destination network.
- Token: verify the exact asset representation rather than relying on ticker or logo.
- Costs: compare gas, bridge fees, liquidity, price impact and the final received amount.
- Security: Confirm the network and contract before interacting with unfamiliar assets. At the destination, Use trusted interfaces and review contract interactions carefully.
Use the Live Bridge Tool
When a live route is available, open Dust Sweeper and review the current quote immediately before signing. Route availability, liquidity and network conditions can change.
