Celestia: Celestia uses a modular blockchain design, so asset and application context can differ from EVM networks.
Cronos: Cronos provides an EVM-compatible environment with its own balances and token representations.
On the source side, Verify the supported asset representation for the route you are using. On the destination side, Verify the Cronos token contract rather than relying on ticker alone.
Check the exact network and route mechanics before estimating transfer costs. On Cronos, Compare the complete route cost before consolidating small balances.
Before You Bridge
- Source: confirm the asset is actually held on Celestia.
- Destination: confirm the wallet and destination network.
- Token: verify the exact asset representation rather than relying on ticker or logo.
- Costs: compare gas, bridge fees, liquidity, price impact and the final received amount.
- Security: Do not assume EVM wallet behavior or contract conventions apply directly. At the destination, Confirm network, contract and destination before signing.
