On the source side, Verify the token contract on the selected Fantom network. On the destination side, Verify the Cronos token contract rather than relying on ticker alone.
Compare network costs with route and liquidity costs. On Cronos, Compare the complete route cost before consolidating small balances.
Before You Bridge
- Source: confirm the asset is actually held on Fantom.
- Destination: confirm the wallet and destination network.
- Token: verify the exact asset representation rather than relying on ticker or logo.
- Costs: compare gas, bridge fees, liquidity, price impact and the final received amount.
- Security: Check the network and contract before interacting with unfamiliar assets. At the destination, Confirm network, contract and destination before signing.
