Linea → Arbitrum
Network-specific checks before a cross-chain transaction.
Linea and Arbitrum have separate network contexts. A cross-chain route must account for the source environment, destination environment and the mechanism used to transfer or represent the asset.
Route Intelligence
Linea: Linea is an Ethereum scaling network with its own balances, applications and token representations.
Arbitrum: Arbitrum is an Ethereum Layer 2 environment with its own balances and application ecosystem.
On the source side, Verify the token contract on Linea before moving it. On the destination side, Confirm the Arbitrum token contract rather than assuming an identical ticker represents the same asset everywhere.
Evaluate network gas together with any bridge or liquidity costs. On Arbitrum, Compare L2 transaction costs with any bridge or liquidity costs required to reach the destination.
Before You Bridge
- Source: confirm the asset is actually held on Linea.
- Destination: confirm the wallet and destination network.
- Token: verify the exact asset representation rather than relying on ticker or logo.
- Costs: compare gas, bridge fees, liquidity, price impact and the final received amount.
- Security: Use trusted interfaces and verify transaction details before signing. At the destination, Verify the network, contract and destination before signing cross-chain transactions.
Use the Live Bridge Tool
When a live route is available, open Dust Sweeper and review the current quote immediately before signing. Route availability, liquidity and network conditions can change.
